0215(3)(a)(i) During the visit on 4/4/24 it was observed that an EpiPen and inhaler did not have the prescription label per WAC requirement and did not have medication authorization forms. 0215(3)(c) During the visit on 4/4/24 it was observed that a child's EpiPen and inhaler were stored accessibly to children in the child's backpack. Discussed that they must be taken out of the backpack every day and stored inaccessibly to children.
